This Submission & Listing Policy explains how AI tool submissions may be reviewed, edited, approved, published, featured, or removed on Vertex AI Tools.

Submission does not guarantee publication unless a separate written or checkout agreement explicitly states otherwise.

2. What You Can Submit

You may submit AI software, AI-powered products, platforms, applications, agents, APIs, productivity tools, creative tools, developer tools, educational tools, or other products that reasonably fit the purpose of our directory.

3. Information We Ask For

A submission may request the tool name, official website, category, pricing model, description, features, best-use information, logo, screenshots, and submitter contact information.

You should provide accurate, current information and update us when material details change.

4. Rights and Authorization

By submitting a tool, you represent that you have authority to provide the information, logos, screenshots, descriptions, and other materials you submit or that you have permission to use them.

5. Editorial Review

Our team may review a submission for relevance, quality, accuracy, usability, security concerns, misleading claims, spam, duplication, or other editorial or policy considerations.

We may request clarification, edit text for style and accuracy, or ask for additional information before publication.

6. Acceptance Is Not Guaranteed

We may decline a submission for any legitimate editorial, legal, quality, security, technical, or business reason. A fee, where charged, does not override our editorial standards unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise.

7. Free Listings

Where a free submission option is available, it may be placed into a standard editorial review queue. Review time is not guaranteed.

8. Featured or Paid Listings

Where paid packages are offered, the package may include priority review, featured placement, enhanced presentation, or other benefits specifically described at the time of purchase.

Paid placement does not automatically guarantee favorable editorial language, a specific ranking, permanent publication, traffic levels, conversions, or search-engine rankings.

9. Accuracy and Updates

We may update public listing information when facts change or when our editorial standards require clarification. We may also contact the submitter for corrections.

10. Removal or Suspension

We may remove, suspend, unpublish, or modify a listing if it becomes inaccurate, misleading, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, duplicated, abandoned, or inconsistent with our policies.

11. No Guaranteed Traffic

Listing or featured placement does not guarantee a specific number of visitors, clicks, backlinks, search rankings, sales, leads, or conversions.

12. Submitted Content License

By submitting content, you grant Vertex AI Tools a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, format, display, distribute, and promote the submitted material as reasonably necessary to evaluate, publish, maintain, or promote the listing.

13. Prohibited Submissions

Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, malicious, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit in an unlawful manner, or designed primarily to distribute malware, spam, phishing, or other abusive activity.

14. Changes to Listing Packages

We may update package names, prices, placement options, or benefits for future submissions. The terms displayed at the time of purchase or submission apply to that transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
